ISLAND 440RC RUST CONVERTER is a metal treatment solution. It is water-based; however, it is highly toxic and contains acid ingredients.
USE
It is used to chemically convert rust to iron phosphate, a stable, inert and hard mass that will eventually become part of the metal.
